At Taniguchiya, which celebrates its 96th anniversary in 2021, we fry our specially made cotton tofu for deep-frying by hand, carefully monitoring the process. In the old factory, there were times when we had to work in environments where summer temperatures exceeded 50°C. In the new factory, we have been working towards improving the working environment alongside producing delicious fried tofu. To achieve this, we introduced Halton's "UV Capture Ray" in our kitchen. As a result, we have created a kitchen infused with our commitment to making great fried tofu and a good facility.
